I am a BPO Professional and Management Expert from Dhaka, Bangladesh. The canvas of My life has been painted with diverse experiences, solving challenges, and corporate journeys for more than 13 years. My academic voyage includes Business Studies, Management Degrees, and Professional Courses. This foundation nurtured my updating analytical mindset and ignited my passion for strategic thinking to grow more. With a successful educational background from schools, Colleges, and Universities, I have obtained some professional courses from Harvard University and the Institute of Business Studies (IBA), University of Dhaka. I have a teaching certificate from NTRCA which helps me to be a good trainer also have Fire Fighting training from Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense. I read journals, attend conferences where possible, and love to learn new things and update with time demands. I like work and life balances and have my own routine. I spend time with friends, and relatives and love to be involved in social activities when possible. I explore places through travel and photography. Each frame captures a story waiting to be told. You’ll often find me watching natural sites savoring a cup of coffee counting stars or just watching the sky on the rooftop.

With 13+ years of professional experience, I am a BPO Professional and proudly working for the betterment of BPO Industries in my country to serve local and international clients and ready to accept the opportunity of The Fourth Industrial Revolution (IR 4.0)

Working now as a Due Diligence Specialist and previously in various roles in consistently national award-winning one of the top BPO Companies in Bangladesh, I am habitual with Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Company Registry research, matching and Person Matching, Company Identity and History Research, Risk and Compliance, Monitoring Company Activities, Anti Money Laundering (AML) Research and Screening Processes, KYB, KYC, EDD and more. I know sources of information and how to use particular information for specific results. I believe in working smarter and helping my entire team to improve services for clients by using advanced analytical techniques and, a wide range of information sources.
I am adapting-minded and flexible, know how to accept changes positively. I believe in learning and updating with time demands and trying to learn something new every day.
